Tulip Festival 2021

The amazing team at the Palace have planted over 100,000 bulbs in the gardens for their first ever Tulip Festival. The long history of tulip planting began at Hampton Court Palace with Mary II. The legacy of her interest in garden design and her extravagant tulip vases can still be seen today. You can find out more about the history of tulips, as well as gardening tips from the Palace’s gardeners, on the dedicated Tulip trail. Included in admission price. Members go free.

The Four Seasons is an unmissable exhibition of larger-than-life sculptures – by contemporary American sculptor and filmmaker Philip Haas. The exquisitely detailed pieces imagine Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter in human form, rendered with exuberant arrangements of seasonal fruit, vegetables, flowers and crops.
